Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz.
Midori
- 1 oz.
passion fruit juice
- 3/4 oz.
pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz.
fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz.
cream of coconut
Ice
Half-moon pineapple slice and leaves, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Midori, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and cream of coconut. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a tall pebble ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and 2 leaves.
