If I’m getting coal in my stocking this year, I hope it’s at least made of Oreos. Oreo coal is possibly the most decadent version of a marshmallow treat that I’ve ever had. With only three ingredients, it’s also incredibly easy to throw together. I used a family-size pack of Oreos for this recipe because, let’s face it, you’re going to want to have extras of these on hand. Bring these to your next holiday gathering or use them to fill up your family's stockings this year—Oreo coal makes the naughty list look pretty good.
These last pretty well in the fridge, so you can make them up to 4 days ahead and store them in an airtight container.
