I love s’mores as much as the next person, but the are incredibly messy, and sometimes a little bit heavier than I want. Enter: campfire strawberries. These fruity beauties are the perfect combination of sweet grilled fruit and a campfire classic: fresh strawberries are skewered then coated in marshmallow fluff and roasted before being topped with chocolate and graham crackers. They're the perfect way to enjoy a melty s'more without ending up with sticky hands. Plus, they are just so simple, making them kid-friendly and fun for the whole family. Whether you're camping in the woods or simply set up in the backyard, you'll these s'mores-style strawberries will make any occasion feel like summer.

While I love topping these with chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers, you can really get creative with these bites! Serve them simply toasted with Marshmallow Fluff, or add a caramel drizzle, candy, or even crushed Oreos.
